Day 4 of the Papertrey Ink July Release

Hi and welcome to Day 4 of the Papertrey Ink July Release Countdown! All the new products will be available tomorrow, July 28th at 12 PM EDT. I have three more projects to share today.

First I have two projects with the Framed In Flower Stamp & Dies and the Framed in Flowers Stencil Collection. There are two floral images in the Stamp Set.

I stamped in VersaFine Clair - Nocturne Ink and then embossed with a clear embossing powder. Then I stenciled with the Framed In Flowers Stencil Collection with Pure Poppy and Scarlet Jewel Inks.

I used patterned paper from the Bitty Big Collection in Green Parakeet at the top of my card and Tropical Teal on the bottom half of the card. I added the white border with the On the Edge: Scallops Collection.

The postage stamp is from the Framed In Flowers, Stacked Mail Stamp Set and Dies and the birthday sentiment is included in the Framed In Flowers Stamp Set.

The sunflower is the second flower in the stamp set. Here I stamped in Versamark Ink and embossed with Copper Embossing Powder.

I used the North Pole Mail: Postage Stamp Frame Post Card Die for the postage frame.

I created the smaller sunflower with the Into the Blooms: Sunflower Die Set.

The background of the card front is lightly stenciled with the Sunflower Garden Stencil Collection.

My last project is created with a combination for the new Into the Blooms: Freshly Picked Die Set, the Rooted In Love Press Plate and Frame Die, and the This is Big Sentiments: You.

To create the card front I stenciled with the Brushstrokes Stencil Collection with Autumn Rose, Sweet Blush, Summer Sunrise, and Lemon Tart Inks. Then I arranged the flowers and greenery.

The frame is die cut and foiled with the Rooted In Love Press Plate and Frame Die.

This is another sentiment from the This is Big Sentiments: You Stamp Set.

The Papertrey Ink July Release Countdown Day 2

Hi and welcome to Day 2 of the Papertrey Ink Release Countdown. Hi and welcome to Day 1 of the Papertrey Ink July Release Countdown! Today have I have two more projects to share with you. All the new products will be available on July 28th at 12 PM EDT.

This serene scene is created with the new Meadow View Stamp Set and Dies. For this card I stamped the tree trunk in Cocoa Bean Ink and the leaves in New Leaf and Pinefeather, but next time I want to use fall colors.

I die cut the Love to Layer: Torn Edges Die from Stamper's Select White Cardstock and thne blended New Leaf, Pinefeather, and Coastal Blue Ink on the background. The sentiment is included in the Meadow View Stamp Set.

To add the frame around the card I used the new Rooted in Love Press Plate & Frame with gold foil.

Next is a look at the Quilt It: Wedding Ring Stamp Set, Die Set, and Quilt It: Wedding Ring Stencil Collection. I used the stencil to add the detail to the rings and one of the dies to inlayed the Coastal Blue pieces of cardstock.

I added the heart with the smallest die in the new In Stitches: Hearts. The sentiments are from the July This is Big Sentiments: You and die cut with the coordinating dies.

I added the flower and leaves with the new Into the Blooms: Freshly Picked Dies.

I finished off the card with a touch of lace.

The Second Chance Release at Taylored Expressions

This week is the Second Chance Release at Taylored Expressions. TE is bringing back previously exclusive favorites into our main catalog and pairing them with brand-new coordinating pieces to increase your creativity and options. All the new products are available now in the TE Store. I have four projects to share with you today.

Let start with a look at the Winter Wonder Layering Stencil and the Petite Scallop Arch Nouveau Stacklets. The stencil creates four small designs with a winter theme.

I used a combination of Royal Icing, Tiki Mule, Blueberry, and Cilantro Inks with the Foil It - Winter Wonder panel and TE Silver Shimmer Fun Foil. Each stenciled image is die cut with the Arch Nouveau Dies and matted with the new Petite Scallop Arch Nouveau Dies.

I created the background by stamping the Dotted Snowfall Background Stamp in Tiki Mule Ink on Royal Icing cardstock. Then I embossed with the Swiss Dot Embossing Folder.

All the sentiments are the Mini to Mighty Stamp Set - Occasions Stamp Set and die cut with the coordinating dies. I also created two tags with the stenciled images.

Here is the inside of the tag. I added Bits & Pieces - Clay Snowflakes to each project.

Next is a look at the C'mon & Celebrate Die Set This is a large sentiment to create the focal point of your card. There are three dies in the set to add the different layers. The smaller sentiment is from the previously released Mini Strips - What's the Scoop. I stamped in Versamark Ink on Licorice Cardstock and embossed the TE Sparkle Gold Embossing Powder.

For the background I used. the Present Parade 6 x 6 Stamp & Stencil Combo. I stamped in Versamark Ink and embossed with Gold Sparkle Embossing Powder and then used the stencil to color the gifts. I have listed the inks I used below.

The focal point of my next project is the new Mega Messages - Friend Die. There are two dies in the set, one to die cut the sentiment and one to back the sentiment. I used TE White Glitter Cardstock for the sentiment with Guava for the backing.

The background is created by stamping the leaves with the Bitty Bouquets Stamp and Stencil Combo and then stenciling with the new Bitty Bouquets - Bonus Blooms 2 Layering Stencil to add the flowers. The smaller sentiment is from the Simple Strips Stamp - Friendship 2 and die cut with the Simple Strips Die - Scalloped Edge. The flower in the corner is die cut with the Fresh Cut Flowers Die Set.

If you follow Taylored Expression you know how great the Insides Panels are. There are so many panels to choose from for many occasions to finish off the inside of your card. Here I am using The Insiders - Friendship 2 Panel as the sentiment on the front of my card. I foiled the sentiment with TE Blueberry Foil using my Minc, and stencil clouds in the background with the Set the Scene - Rolling Clouds Stencil.

I created the background by stamping the leaves with the Bitty Bouquets Stamp and Stencil Combo and then I used the. new Bitty Bouquests - Bonus Blooms 1 Stencil to add the flowers. I used a combination of Confetti Cake, Blue Raspberry, Blueberry, and Cilantro Inks. Next I used the Circle Sticklets to cut and matt the circle in the center of card and then added the sentiment behind the circle die cut. The smaller sentiment is from the Simple Strips Stamp - Friendship 2.

Timeless Blooms

It is Throwback Thursday at Taylored Expressions! The Create-in-Quad Layering Stencil – Timeless Blooms is back! The Timeless Bloom Stencil creates four unique but coordinated panels all at once. And there are new products to coordinate!

I created a set of four cards with the Timeless Bloom Stencil. I used a combination of Lavender Glaze, Popsicle, Plum Punch, Mint Julep, Cilantro, and Brussels Sprout Inks.

I added the background texture to each card with the new Quilted Cutting Plate Die. I love the detail of the added texture and am sure I will reach for this Cutting Plate often!

All the sentiments are from the Together in Type Stamp & Die Combo. Here I added a strip of vellum so that the sentiment stood out from the background.

Here are the next two cards. I used Bits & Pieces Plum Punch Glitter Drops on all of my cards to add a little sparkle.

On this card I die cut a small rectangle from the center of the card, framed it with the one of the smaller A2 Large Scallop Stacklets for some added detail.

This card is framed with the largest die in the A2 Large Scallop Stacklets. The backgrounds of my cards are lightly splattered with Dr. Ph. Martin's Bleed Proof White Watercolor.

The Second Chance Release at Taylored Expressions

Hi all! I have been on vacation for a few weeks but I getting back in creative mode with the new Second Chance Release at Taylored Expressions. The Second Chance Release is when TE releases former freebie products along with new add-ons. All the new products are available now in the TE Store.

I have three project to share with you today. My first card is created with the Hit the Jackpot Stamp and Die Combo and the Big Win Wishes Stamp Set and coordinating Big Win Wishes Dies. I went with the birthday theme, using the HBD in the slot machine window.

I added the gold touches with Gold Glitter Drops, Gold Foil Cardstock, and gold embossing powder. To create the background I used the Here Comes the Sun Stencil with Potato Chip and Pineapple Inks and then embossed with the new Halftone Dots Embossing Folder.

The sentiment is from the new Big Win Wishes Clear Stamp Set and die cut with the coordinating Big Win Wishes Dies.

Next up is a look at the Swiss Dots Embossing Folder, Cottage Charms Stencil and Die Combo, and the So Many Reasons Stamp and Die Combo.

First I created the background by die cutting Macaron Cardstock with the largest die in the Rounded Rectangle Stacklets and then embossing with the Swiss Dots Embossing Folder. I used Sugar Cube Cardstock for the base of the card and rounded the edges with the TE Corner Rounder Punch.

I used the Cottage Charm Stencil and Die Combo and Foil It - Cottage Charm Panel to create the flowers in the corners. First I foiled with Gold Shimmer Fun Foil with my Mini, then stenciled and die cut.

The sentiment is from the So Many Reasons Stamp and Die Combo. This is one of those versatile stamp sets with sentiments for many occasions.

For my final project I made birthday tags with the new Petal Pushers Petites Dies. I love these fun and modern dies and they fit perfectly on many of the TE tag dies. I used the Tag Stacklets 2 Dies and the Pierced Tag Stacklets 2 Dies.

I created the patterned background with either the Fine Diamond or Polka Dot Chic Background Stamps. These are great stamps when you just want a simple pattern to add interest to a project. For each tag I die cut one of the Petal Pushers Petite Dies direct in the front of the tag, and then from two different colors of cardstock for the flower and the leaves. I added shading with ink to the die cut pieces and then inlaid the pieces back into the tag.
