Welcome to day 2 of the Pretty Pink Posh September Release Blog Hop. If you arrived here from Caly Person's Blog you are on the right track. I’ll list all of today’s blog hop participants below, if you want to start at the beginning.

My first card is created with a number of the new products. I used the Pumpkin Patch Critters Stamp Set and Pumpkin Patch Critters Coordinating Dies to create the sweet critters with the pumpkins and stamp the sentiment. (Product links are below.) Behind the critters I added a pumpkin with the new Small Stitched Foliage Dies. And behind the pumpkin a fence cut with the Picket Fence Die and a row of grass with the Scallop Borders Die.

The window is cut with the Window Frames Dies. I added cardstock and foam tape behind the window and built my scene. Below the window I added flowers and the leaves from the new Autumn Wreath Stamp Set and the Autumn Wreath Coordinating Dies. The stamped images are colored with Copic Markers and the sentiment is embossed with gold embossing powder. I finished off the card with two of the new colors of jewels, Expresso and Marigold, and the previously released Sea Glass Jewels.

My second card features the Autumn Wreath Stamp Set and the Autumn Wreath Coordinating Dies. I love this stamp set! The wreath is colored with Copic Markers and then die cut. In the middle of the wreath I stamped a sentiment from the stamp set.

At the bottom of the wreath I added addition foliage included in the stamp set. On this card I used jewels in Expresso, Marigold, and Raspberry.

Taylored Expressions 10th Birthday Celebration - Happy New Home

Hi and thanks for stopping by for the last day of Taylored Expressions 10th Birthday Celebration. I hope you have enjoyed all of the inspiration and got a chance to wish TE a Happy Birthday!!

You can find all the new products from our mini release HERE.

Have you gotten a chance to check out all the new sentiment sets that just released? I LOVE having great sentiment sets that I can use over and over, for many different occasions and on the inside of cards. On my card today I used the Caps Lock - Happy Die and the Caps Lock Companion - Happy Occasions Stamp Set.

I started by creating the background. I used the Set the Scene - Clouds Stencil and Salt Water Taffy Ink to create the background clouds. I added a few additional clouds with the Stitched Duo Cloud Die and two trees with the Build a Scene - Trees. Then I cut the Caps Lock - Happy Die directly into the card front and once again from chipboard. I adhered the two layers together and inlayed the letters back into the card front.

I cut the hills with the Build a Scene - Rolling Hills Dies and created the house with the Little Bits - House Die. At the bottom I added a sentiment from the  Caps Lock Companion - Happy Occasions Stamp Set. I stamped the sentiment in Versamark Ink and embossed with TE White Embossing Powder and die cut with the Double Ended Flag Stacklets.

Thanks for taking a look! Have a great weekend!

It’s a Family Reunion for Taylored Expressions 10th Birthday!

Long before I was a card designer or a member of a Design Team I followed Taylor's work! I remember when she announced she was starting a stamp company and I still have the first TE Stamp Set I purchased. I have been lucky enough design for Taylored Expressions off and on since 2010! I feel blessed to be involved with TE and Taylor and her wonderful family.

We have over 40 designers involved in the hop today! Stop by the TE Blog to get the full list of participants.

All the new products were released last night and available HERE.

At the heart of Taylored Expressions is a mission to share joy through the gift of handmade cards. As part of their 10th birthday TE is continuing that mission with the launch of a special Share Joy campaign focused on providing birthday cards to those in nursing homes and assisted-living facilities across the U.S. To make as deep an impact as possible TE is inviting card makers everywhere to join the campaign. Will you join us? Find out how to participate by viewing their Share Joy page HERE

Here is my birthday card I created in celebration of TE 10th Birthday featuring a number of the newly released products. Let's start with the fun background, stamped with the new Sweet Sprinkles Background Stamp. Using my Misti I stamped the background in a variety of colors. I used the new Caps Lock - Happy to die cut the word happy from Guava Cardstock and from Chipboard. I adhered the two layers together for more dimension.

The sweet puppy image is from the new Yippee Critters Stamp and Die Combo. The balloons are created with the Bold Balloons Stamps Set and coordinating dies and I used the Balloon Strings Dies to created strings for the puppy to hold. The sentiment is from the new Caps Lock Companion - Happy Occasions  and die cut with the Banner Stacklets 1. I finished off with a few sequins from the Hello Sunshine Shaker Filling

Stop by the TE Blog to get the full list of participants sharing projects today. I am sure you get lots of inspiration! I will be back tomorrow with another project!

Pretty Pink Posh September Release is Now Available

Hi Everyone! The September Pretty Pink Posh Release is now available.  We have seven new stamp sets and coordinating die and foUr new individual dies, and some beautiful new colors of jewels. Today I have project to share with the new Halloween Pals Stamp Set and Halloween Pals Coordinating Dies.

As we head into Fall and the Holiday Season I am always just a little extra excited to create projects at this time of year. Halloween is always fun and Halloween Pals Stamp Set is so cute!

I stamped the images in black ink,  colored with Copic Markers, and die cut with the Halloween Pals Coordinating Dies. To add detail to the scene I die cut a fence with the Picket Fence Die and the grass with the Scallop Border Dies

To create the background I cut a piece of watercolor paper for the card front. I die cut a circle to add the moon with a the circle die in the Summer Friends Stamp Set. Then I stamped the stars and sentiment included in  the Halloween Pals  Stamp Set in Versamark Ink and embossed with gold embossing powder. To create the night sky I used Distress Inks in Dried Marigold, Seedless Preserves, and Chipped Sapphire.

Here is a look at the back of the paper where I used form tape to create a small shaker for the moon. I dropped in confetti from the Sparkling Clear Confetti Mix and the a few of the new  Marigold Jewels.

I add the grass and fence to the scene and determined where I wanted the stamped images to be placed. I added a few more of the new Marigold Jewels to the night sky to add a little sparkle. I attached the scene I built to a black card base. I think this sweet scene will make someone special smile this Halloween!

I hope I inspired you to start creating for the holiday season! You can find all the new products HERE

Spellbinder's New Cuppa Coffee, Cuppa Tea Collection by Sharyn Sowell

Hi Everyone! Today I am sharing two cards I created with the Spellbinders New Cuppa Coffee, Cuppa Tea Collection by Sharyn Sowell. I like have a few coffee and tea inspired products in my stash. I have many friends that love coffee or tea and often create birthday or thank you cards with a coffee or tea theme and add a gift card to their favorite coffee shop.

My first card features the new Shapeabilities Robin and Rosy Mug Etched Dies. I like the embossed details on the mug. I added a little highlighting with a Copic Marker in BG000. I used one of the flower dies in the set and die cut directly in the center of the mug and then inlayed the pieces for the flower and leaves.

I added distress ink to highlight the bird and then used foam tape to perch the bird at the top of the cup. I created the tea bag and added twine with a little but of glue to attach the twine to the card.

My second card is created with the new Shapeabilities Coffee Woman Etched Die. I love the folk art feel! I die cut the image from Kraft cardstock and then inlayed the flowers. I used a stencil to add the sun rays.

The sentiment is included in the die set. I added a piece of lace. Just thought the lace was a nice touch with the folk art feel.

Thanks for stopping by! You can find the collection here
