An Anemones Flower Hello

Hi Everyone! Life has been a little crazy lately and I have not had as much time as I would like in my craft room but I did get a chance to to create an all occasion card with the Anemones Stamp Set from Pretty Pink Posh. I love the fresh black, red, and white color scheme! I haven't used that combination for a while.

I used the Hello Shaker Die for the center piece of the card. I cut the die from white cardstock and used a patterned paper behind the window. The card front is embossed with the Dotted Lattice Embossing Folder from Taylored Expressions.

The pretty flowers are from the Anemones Stamp Set and die cut with the Anemones Coordinating Dies. I colored the flowers with Zig Clean Markers. After I arranged the flowers on the card I added Lemon Drop Jewels

Cupcake Critters Happy Birthday

Thanks for stopping by today! I have another birthday card to share using the Cupcake Critters Stamp Set and the Cupcake Critters Coordinating Dies from Pretty Pink Posh. If you are like me you can never have too many birthday cards in your stash!

I colored the stamped images with Copic Markers but paper pieced the cupcake wrappers. It been ages since I paper pieced anything but I love the additional patterns on this card. On a piece of white cardstock I used a stencil to create the sky and the die cut the bottom edge with one of the dies in the Scallop Borders 2 Dies.

I attached the die cuts with foam tape. The sentiment is included in the Cupcake Critters Stamp Set. I added a few jewels from the Party Jewels Mix.

Thanks for taking a look!

Celebrate!

Hi All! I know it has been a little quiet around here! I just got back from a fun, little get away in Sedona with a group of friends. The Red Rocks are beautiful and we even got a little snow. I am popping in today with a birthday card I created with some fun, new products from Pretty Pink Posh.

To create this shaker card I used the new Celebrate Shaker Die. First I used Distress Oxide Inks to blend the background in Scattered Straw, Worn Lipstick, and Candied Apple. Next I die cut the Celebrate Shaker Die directly into the card front to cut the window and then inlayed the die cut back into the card front. Behind the window I add clear acetate and foam tape. My shaker mix includes Sparkling Clear Confetti Mix, 6mm Gold Confetti, Daffodil Seed Beads, and Blush Seed Beads.

My stamped images are from the Cupcake Critters Stamp Set and die cut with the Cupcake Critters Coordinating Dies. I stamped a line of candles to create the border and tie a bow with twine. The cute bunny is colored with Copic Marker. I added a sparkle with a glitter pen on the cupcake frosting.

Have a great weekend!

This may be my favorite card of the release! I love the new No Drama Llama Die Set. There are a number of options for creating the llama. And I love the sentiments in the Whole Llama Love Stamp Set. I die cut the Llama from Sea Salt Cardstock and then added the accessories in a variety of patterns and colors.

Once I added the sunglasses to the llama I decide to use the Here Comes the Sun Stencil for the background of the card. I used Cupcake Cardstock and new Raspberry Sorbet Ink. The hill is cut with patterned paper from the Playful Patterns - Bold Paper Pack with the Build a Scene - Rolling Hills Die. The sentiment is included in the Whole Llama Love Stamp Set.

My next card features the Pretty Posies Background Stamp and the Flip the Script - Bunny Stamp & Die Combo. I stamped the Pretty Posies Background Stamp on watercolor paper in Versamark Ink and then embossed with TE White Embossing Powder. The ovals are cut with the Stitched Oval Stacklets and Petite Scallop Oval Stacklets. I stamped the bunny on Peaches 'n Cream Cardstock in Versamark Ink and embossed with White Embossing Powder. The bunny tail is cut from Marshmallow and Cherry Blossom Felt.

Thanks for stopping by for Day 3 of Taylored Expressions February Sneak Peeks. I have two more cards to share with you using a number of the new fun products. All the new products will be available starting at 9am CDT Thursday, February 7th.

Let's start with the background on this card. Love! I stamped the new Scandinavian Spring Background with Guava Ink on Guava Card stock. Then I created this cute scene with the Folk Art - Spring Die. I used the Stitched Rectangle Stacklets to cut a small panel from watercolor paper. I used the new Peaches 'n Cream Liquid Watercolor along with Lemon Meringue and Peapod Liquid Watercolors to create the background on the watercolor panel.

I matted the watercolor panel on cardstock die cut with the new Petite Scallop Rectangle. Then I attached the die cut pieces to create the scene. The sentiment is from the Friendly Phrases Stamp Set and die cut with the smaller die in the Double Ended Flag Stackets.

Next up is the the fun Can't Touch This Stamp Set and Can't Touch This Dies. First I stenciled the  background with the new Double Diamond Stencil with Lime Zest Ink. Then I cut a circle in the center of the card with the Stitched Circle Stacklets. I cut a second smaller circle from the new Spearmint Cardstock and layered it inside the larger circle.

I created a scene inside of the circle with the Can't Touch This Dies. Then I added sentiment from the Can't Touch This Stamp Set.

Throw Kindness Like Confetti

Welcome to Day 2 of the Taylored Expressions February Sneak Peeks! I know it definitely still feels like winter out but I am enjoying working with new spring products and colors! All the new products will be available starting at 9am CDT Thursday, February 7th.

My first card features the new Plant Kindness Stamp Set, the Kindness Script Die, and the Kindness Script Die Backer. I love this color combination. The new Peaches 'n Cream Cardstock and Ink looks so pretty combined with Guava and Potato Chip. I cut the Kindness sentiment from Guava cardstock and then I sponged on some Guava Ink at the bottom of the sentiment. Next I die cut the Kindness Script Backer Die from Caramel Drizzle Felt.

I created the background by stamping the Free Fall Background Stamp in Versamark Ink and then embossed with the pretty Diamond Embossing Powder. Then I used a blending tool to blend Guava, Peaches 'n Cream, and Potato Chip Inks. The card is framed with the largest die in the Stitched Frame Stacklets. The sentiment from the Plant Kindness Stamp Set are stamped in Versamark Ink and embossed with Gold Embossing Powder.

I love the simplicity of the new Third Day Border Die. I cut the border twice, once from Sugar Cube cardstock and once from Peapod Cardstock. On the Peapod Die Cut I cut off cross and layered of the white die cut. I stamped a sentiment from the new Words of Faith - Easter Stamp Set in Versamark Ink and embossed with TE White Embossing Powder.

I used the Here Comes the Sun Stencil to create the background behind the cross. The card front is die cut with the Stitched Rectangle Stacklets and then matted with the new Petite Scallop Rectangle Stacklets, cut from the new Spearmint Cardstock. I added the flower with the Bloomers 9 Die.
