Making Your Envelopes Special

Today Taylored Expressions is releasing some fun products to make your envelopes extra special. All the new products are available now in the TE Store

I created four examples with the new products. You can keep the envelopes as simple or elaborate as you want. I used the Masking Stencils - Rectangle to blend a light color ink to designate a spot to address the envelope if you are mailing it or to write a name on the front.

The Flap Flair Stamp fits perfectly on an A2 size envelope. I love the happy sentiments along with the cute washi tape.

I left room on some of the envelopes to add a stamp  but used the cute share joy stamp on envelopes that would be give in person.

Thanks for stopping by. Stop by the TE Blog for all the details and more inspiration from the Design Team.

Right now through Sunday, July 10th, you can save 20-50% off select items related to sending out your crafty creations. Save on envelope seals, card cushions, sticky notes for inside your cards, and more! Check out the sale items in the SALE category in the TE webstore. Offer valid while supplies last.

New Mini Slim Cards With Taylored Expressions!

Hi Crafters! Today Taylored Expressions is releasing the new Mini Slim products. The release has 24 new products including dies, stencils, envelopes, and more that coordinate with our unique Mini Slim size card (3 1/2″ x 6″). You can find all the new products now in the TE Webstore

Yesterday I shared a Mini Slim Trifold card. You can find that post HERE. Today my card features the new Masking Stencils – Mini Slim Windows and the new Mini Slim – On the Dot stencil. The card base measures 3.5" x 6". I cut a piece of Sugar Cube Cardstock to 6" x 7" and scored at 3.5". You can also purchase envelopes for the Mini Slim card size. TE is offering coordinating envelopes in 16 different colors to match our cardstock!

I used the largest die in the Petite Scallop Mini Slim Stacklets to cut the card front panel from Sugar Cube Cardstock. Next I used the Masking Stencils – Mini Slim Windows Circles and Potato Chip Ink to stencil the circles. Then I masked off the stenciled circles with the circle mask in the set. I blended Cupcake Ink on the background and used the Mini Slim – On the Dot stencil, Guava Ink, and TE Blender Brushes to add the polka dots.

The flowers are stamped and die cut with the Bouquet Whimsy clear stamp set and Bouquet Whimsy Dies.  The sentiments are from the Simple Strips - Birthday Stamp Set and die cut with the Simple Strips Dies.

Tomorrow through Sunday, August 23rd, the more you purchase of the new Mini Slim Trim-fold Card Bases and/or Mini Slim Envelopes the more you save!

Buy 3-5 Trifold Card Bases or Envelopes, save 10% on each
Buy 6-8 Trifold Card Bases or Envelopes, save 15% on each

I hope you like the Mini Slimline products. Stop by the TE Blog for all the Details and more inspiration. I will be back tomorrow with another project with the new products.

Taylored Expressions November Sneak Peeks Day 3 - Christmas Thank You

Hi! Welcome to Day 3  of Taylored Expressions November Sneak Peeks.  All the new products will be available at the TE web store at 7:00 am PST on Thursday, November 2nd. Today I am featuring an idea for a Christmas Thank You card and way to dress you plain envelopes.

The front of the card is one of the pre-printed card fronts in the new Boxed In Basics. The Boxed In Basics are pre-printed doodle borders on A2 card panels. I stamped Thank You with on of the sentiments in the new Bubble Greetings Stamp Set. I colored the letters with Copic Markers and add a little shading around the letters.

Notice the Kraft envelope! I lined it with the new Scalloped Envelope Liner.

I added the floral embellishments with the Holiday Florals Stamp Set and coordinating Holiday Florals Dies. I also added a few sequins from the Snow Flurries Sequins.

I lined all my envelopes with the Scalloped Envelope Liner and stamped the front of my envelopes with the Merry Mail 2 Stamp Set. I really like this idea. You can keep the stamping simple or add a little color. It just makes your card a little more special!
