Day 3 of the Papertrey Ink July Countdown

Hi and welcome to Day 3 of the Papertrey Ink July Release Countdown! This release is full of beautiful florals, creative stencils, a new press plate, and another This is Big Sentiment Set. All the new products will be available on July 28th at 12 PM EDT. 


I love the Into the Blooms Die Collection and the new Into the Blooms: Freshly Picked may be one of my new favorites. I went for vibrant flowers using the colors of ink I have listed below. 


I die cut the frame with the In Frames: Ovals Die, using Classic Kraft Cardstock for the frame and blending Spring Rain Ink on white cardstock for the center of the frame. The I arranged my die cuts inside the frame and added a few Blueberry Sky Gems. 


The card front is die cut from Blueberry Sky Cardstock with the Cover Plate: Gathering Florals Die

Next is a closer look at the Reflections: Matthew 6 Stamp Set and Dies. I stamped the sentiment in Dark Indigo Ink. The die set includes the die that cuts the sentiment and the larger die behind the sentiment. 


I added the flowers with the Into the Blooms: Freshly Picked Die Set and arranged them around the sentiment. 


The background is stenciled with the Leafy Garden Stencil Collection. 


I finished off the card with a few PTI Clear Gems and Star Dust Stickles.

It's Day 3 of the Papertrey Ink April Release Countdown!

Hi and welcome to Day 3 of the Papertrey Ink April Release Countdown. I have two more projects to with you. All the new products will be available on April 28th at 12 PM EDT. 


My first card features the new Into the Blooms: Pressed Flowers Dies. This is an A6 size card. I die cut a variety of flowers and greenery from white cardstock and blended with the colors inks I have listed below. 


I blended Spring Rain Ink on the background with a cloud stencil and then arranged the flowers and greenery on the blended background. Then I lightly splattered the background with white paint. 


The sentiments are from the new This is Big Sentiments: Strength Stamp Set and  die cut with the coordinating dies. Then I finished off with navy blue glitter drops.

Next is a look at the new Reflections: Exodus 14 Stamps and Dies. There are three dies in the Reflections: Exodus 14 Die Set. One dies cuts the verse and there are two dies that I used to mat the verse. 


The flowers and greenery are put together with the Into the Blooms: Pressed Flowers Die Set. 


I used the Regal Flourish Frame Hot Foil Plate with silver foil on Smokey Shadow Cardstock to frame the card front.

It's Day 3 of the Papertrey Ink March Countdown

First is a look at the Build-A-Teapot Die. This is such a cute die set with three different teapots and numerous options for the added details, including doors, windows, and flowers and greenery. The inks and cardstock I choose to work with are listed below. 


I built my scene on an oval die cut with Love to Layer: Laced Oval Die. I blended Spring Moss and Spring Rain inks on the background. 


I framed the scene with the new Framed in Floral Hot Foil Plate using white foil.

This month's addition to the Reflection Collection is the Reflections: 1 Corinthians 6 Stamps and Dies. There is a die to cut the sentiment and then the two dies the wording is layered on. I used vellum for the smaller die cut. 


I added the sun rays with the  On the Border: Sunburst Border and blended inks in Lemon Tart, Summer Sunrise, and Orange Zest.


I added the flowers and leaves with the Build-A-Teapot Die Set that I used on my first card.

Papertrey Ink February Release Countdown Day 3

Hi and welcome to Day 3 of Papertrey Ink February Countdown. Today I have three more projects to share with you.  All the new products will be available on February 24th at 12 PM EST.  


My first two projects are created with the new Floral Confections Stamp Set and Dies. These floral cupcakes are so pretty. There are a number of different options for creating the floral cupcakes along with stencils to add pattern to the cupcake paper cups. On this card I used the striped stencil. 


I attached the cupcake to die cuts I cut with the new Reflections: Hebrew 11 Dies using Pure Poppy and white cardstock blended with Sweet Blush Ink. The sentiments are from the new This is Big Sentiments: Happy Everything.


The card front is created with Handmade Quilt Die, Elegant Edges: Fresh Cuts Dies, and Bitty Big Collection: Pure Poppy Cardstock. I finished off the card with PTI Pure Poppy Gems.

On this card I used another option for the floral topping. You can see that you have the option to add additional flowers to the cupcake topping. I used polka dot stencil on this card. 


The cupcake is added to an oval die cut with the new Love to Layer: Laced Oval. These sentiments are also from the This is Big Sentiments: Happy Everything. 


I used the new Filigree Frame Hot Foil Plate with gold foil on Lilac Grace Cardstock. I blended the edges with Plum Pudding Ink.

My last project features the new Reflections: Hebrews 11 Stamps and Dies. I used the Watercolor Wonderful Stencil Collection with Spring Rain and  Limeade Ice Inks on Stamper's Select White and then used the Reflections: Hebrews 11 Dies to back and mat the sentiment. 


I added the flowers at the top with stamps and dies from the Floral Confections collection using Spring Rain and Blueberry Sky Inks. 


I created the background with the new Dotted Diamond Stencil Collection with Spring Rain and Blueberry Sky Inks.

Papertrey Ink November Release Countdown Day 3

Hi and welcome to Day 3 of the Papertrey Ink November Release Countdown.  I have two more projects to share with you today. All the new products will be available on November 25th at 12 PM EDT.  


My first card features the Adorning Pinecone Stamp Set and Dies.  I stamped the pinecone in Fine Linen, Classic Kraft and Cocoa Bean Inks. I also added Platinum Stickles and a splatter of white paint. 


I love the detail on the bow. I stamped the box in Pinefeather Ink and stamped the detail in Versamark Ink and embossed with gold embossing powder. 


For the background I die cut the new Cover Plate: Let It Snow from Stamper's Select White Cardstock. The sentiment is included in the Adorning Pinecone Stamp Set.

The flowers and greenery are die cut with the Into the Blooms: Wild Wood Dies Set and the grass with the  Grassy Edge Border. 


The card front is die cut with the Cover Plate: Cross Stitched.

Papertrey Ink October Release Day 3

My first card is created with the Farmhouse Vase Stamps and Dies and the Into the Blooms: Bold Berries Dies. 


To stamp the vase I used Spring Rain and Blueberry Sky Inks. The berries are blended with Pure Poppy and Scarlet Jewel Inks. 


I added the frames with the In Frames: Rectangle Dies using classic Kraft Cardstock. The sentiment is from the This is Big Sentiments: Merry Christmas


The card front is foiled with the Fresh Greens Hot Foil Plate using white foil.

Next is a look at the Reflections: John 16 Stamp and Dies. I started by stamping the verse in Versamark Ink and embossing with gold embossing powder. 


There are three dies in the Reflections: John 16 Die Set, one that cuts the verse and two more rectangles that I used behind the embossed sentiment. 


I used the Into the Blooms: Bold Berries Die on this card too. Here I kept it neutral and used Vintage Cream Cardstock. 


On the card front I stenciled with the new Holly Berries Stencil Collection with Pinefeather Ink and finished off with a few gold gems.

Season"s Greetings

Hi and welcome to Day 3 of the Papertrey Ink September Release Countdown. I have two more Holiday cards to share with you today. All the new products are available on September 23rd at 12 PM ET. 


My first card features the Festive Roots Stamp Set and Dies. There are three different trees in the stamp set along with a number of ways to decorate the pots. 


After I stamped and die cut the trees I attached them to an oval die cut with the new In Frames Oval Dies. Behind the oval I added a rectangle of Bitty Big Collection: Sweet Blush Cardstock. 


I used the Fresh Greens Hot Foil Plate with Gold Foil on Sweet Blush Cardstock for the card front and added lace. 


The sentiment is included in the Festive Roots Stamp Set.

There are two dies that coordinate with the stamps, the Reflections: 2 Corinthians Outline Die and the Reflections: 2 Corinthians Dies, which is a set of two dies that layer behind the sentiment. 


I cut the smaller die in the Reflections: 2 Corinthians Dies from vellum and the larger die from Aqua Cardstock and stenciled with the Dotted Line Stencil Collection. 


The flowers are created with the  Into the Blooms: Snowdrops.


I used the Fresh Greens Hot Foil Plate with Gold Foil on Pure Black Cardstock for the card front.
