HI!!

Hi Everyone! We are kicking off the Fourth of July weekend here. I am excited to have five day off work! I have a couple of parties to go to and hope to spend a little extra time in my studio. Today I have a card to share with the Pretty Pink Posh Woodland Critters Stamp Set.

I love all the options to create a cute scene with the Woodland Critters Stamp Set. Here I used the sweet bunnies. I colored the images with Comic Markers and die cut with the Woodland Critters Coordinating Dies. I also die cut two clouds with the Rainy Days Coordinating Dies

I used the Window Frames Dies to cut the window in the card front. I used distress inks to create the background and then stamped and colored the flowers. The border is created with the Stitched Borders 2 Dies. The sentiment is included in the Everyday Greetings Stamp Set and die cut with a die in the Stitched Notes Dies

Thanks for stopping by! Have a wonderful weekend.

Sending Lots of Love with Pretty Pink Posh

Hi Everyone and thanks for stopping by! I have a floral card to share that I created with combination of Pretty Pink Posh Stamps and Dies.

I started by stamping leaves from both the Build A Bloom Stamp Set and the Bold Blooms Stamp Set on Kraft Cardstock and colored the leaves with Copic Markers. Next I cut the bottom edge of the Kraft Cardstock with a border die in the Scallop Borders 2 Dies and a another border from white cardstock. On the Kraft I splattered white paint and sponged the edges with white pigment ink.

I stamped and colored a variety of flowers from the Bold Blooms Stamp Set, die cut with the Bold Blooms Coordinating Dies, and added the flowers to the card front. The two bees are from the Bee Friends Stamp Set and die cut with the Bee Friends Coordinating Dies. The sentiment is from the Everyday Greetings Stamp Set. I finished off the card with a few Sparkling Clear Confetti Mix

Thanks for taking a look!

Thanks for stopping by today! It is time for a new Curtain Call Inspiration Challenge - Sorbet. I hope you get a chance to play along. The LEAD of this challenge will be invited as a Guest Designer in a future challenge.

Here my take on the inspiration photo. I used the color combination for inspiration and created a sweet shaker card with products from Pretty Pink Posh.

The Storybook 5 Die is one of my favorites. Here I used the die to create a shaker card. I used a clear acetate and foam tape to form the shaker. The pretty sequins are from the Friendship Sequins Mix. The sentiment is from the Everyday Greetings Stamp Set

The stamped images are from the Friends Forever Stamp Set. I colored with Copic Markers and die cut with Friends Forever Coordinating Dies

Taylored Expressions June Release Day - Hello Sunshine

It's release day at Taylored Expressions! All the new June products are available at the TE web store NOW.  I have two cards to share today showcasing a number of the new products.

My first card features the new On the Water - Sailboat Die

I kept this card rather simple. I just liked the simple statement the card makes. To created the background I cut a strip of cardstock with the Building a Scene - Rolling Clouds to use as a mask to create the subtle clouds in the background.

Then I cut the waves with the Build a Scene - Rolling Waves Die from watercolor paper. I used a blending tool to sponge on Salty Ocean and Chipped Sapphire Distress Ink and then spritzed the paper with water.

Here's a closer look at the sail boat. I used white canvas for the sails. The frame is cut with the Picture Perfect - Sunny Days Die from Sugar Cube Cardstock. Then I used a Clarity Stencil Brush and Potato Chip Ink to add the soft, yellow color.

My second card showcases the new Tropical Blooms Cutting Plate. I cut the plate from Sugar Cube Cardstock and added patterned paper behind card front. I added the die cut flower and leaves with the new Build a Scene - Tropical.

The bird and sentiment are from the new Tropical Trio Stamp & Die Combo. The sentiment is cut and matted with the the Stitched Circle Stacklets.

Taylored Expressions June Release Sneak Peeks Day 3

Thanks for stopping by for Day 3 of Taylored Expressions June Sneak Peeks. I have two cards to share today featuring some of the new products.  All the new products will be available on June 8th at 7 AM PDT.

My first card features the new Busy Beaver Stamp and Die Combo.

I stamped the beaver and the log in Oreo Ink, colored with Copic Markers, and die cut with the coordinating dies. Then I die all the pieces I needed to created the scene. I cut the Lakeside Border from watercolor paper and added distress ink in Salty Ocean and Chipped Sapphire. I stamped a sentiment from the stamp set in Sugar Cube Ink and embossed with white embossing powder.

The land is cut with the Build a Scene - Rolling Hills, the trees with the Build a Scene - Trees, and the clouds with the Stitch Cloud Duo. I added a few Salt Water Taffy Enamel Shapes and framed the scene with the Stitched Frame Stacklets 1.

My next card features the new On the Right Track - Basics which forms a track for the beach ball to roll on, making a fun, interactive card. I used foam between the two layers of sand to form the track. Behind the sand I added waves with the Build a Scene - Rolling Waves Dies, and an island with the Building a Scene - Rolling Hills Dies.

I love the Little Bits Dies! These Dies add such great detail to a card. Here I used the Little Bits Beach Ball, Pail & Shove, and Adirondack Chair. The sentiment is from the Flowers for a Year Stamp Set.
