Papertrey Ink September Release Countdown Day 1

Hi and welcome to the first day of the Papertrey Ink September Release Countdown. This release is all about creating for the Holidays. All the new products will be available on September 26th at 10 PM ET.

First up is a look at the Christmas Bouquet Stamp Set and Dies. I used a mix of Sweet Blush, Autumn Rose, Scarlet Jewel inks for the flowers. Then I stamped the veins of the flowers in Versamark Ink and embossed with gold embossing powder. I used Ocean Tide and Pinefeather Inks for the greenery.

The background is stenciled with the Holiday Berries Stencil Collection. I did add a rectangle of vellum under the flowers and greenery so that they stood out from the background.

The sentiment is from the new With Great Joy Stamp Set.

Supplies:

Stamps: Christmas Bouquet, With Great Joy
Dies: Christmas Bouquet, Border Bling: Skinny Stitched Frame
Ink: Sweet Blush, Autumn Rose, Scarlet Jewel, Versamark, Ocean Tides, Pinefeather
Paper: Scarlet Jewel, Stamper's Select White, Sweet Blush, Vellum
Other: Holiday Berries Stencil Collection, Gold Embossing Powder, Clear Embossing Powder, Gold Gems

Next up is the fun Holiday Car Dies. The die set includes the car and all it parts and the Christmas Trees.

I used Distress Inks in Chipped Sapphire and Uncharted Mariner to create the evening sky. I added a hill of snow with a die in the previously released Bring Home the Holidays. The card front is die cut with the Love to Layer: Torn Edges Dies.

I added the sentiment with the new Merry Christmas Hot Foil Plate and Die, using gold foil with a Spellbinders Glimmer Hot Foil System. I splattered white paint for snow to added the winter feel.

Supplies:

Dies: Holiday Car, Merry Christmas Hot Foil Plate and Die, Love to Layer: Torn Edges, Bring Home the Holidays
Ink: Pure Poppy, Pinefeather
Paper: Stamper's Select White, Pinefeather, New Leaf, Pure Poppy, True Black, Classic Kraft, Hawaiian Shores, Gold Glitter
Other: Distress Ink in Chipped Sapphire and Uncharted Mariner, Red Foil, White Paint, Blender Brushes

Thanks for stopping by! I will be back tomorrow with more sneak peeks.
