My first project features the new Sugar Skulls Stamp Set, coordinating Sugar Skulls Dies, and the Happy Flowers Background.
The Happy Flowers Background coordinates with the Sugar Skull Stamp Set but will work on it own throughout the year. Here I stamped the background in Oreo Ink, used a Clarity Stencil Brush to add a little Potato Chip Ink to the Sugar Cube Card Stock and the used Copic Markers to color the images.
I used the Stitched Oval Stacklets to cut and mat the oval in the card front. I added Lemon Meringue Enamel Dots to the eyes. The sentiment is from the new Simply Said - Halloween Stamp Set.
My second project is created with the new Be Somebody Stamp and Die Combo. I added highlights to the ghosts with Copic Markers. To create the background I stamped the Twinkle, Twinkle Background Stamp on watercolor paper and embossed with gold embossing powder. Then I used a blending took and Distress Inks in Scatter Straw, Spiced Marmalade, Seedless Preserves and Black Soot to created the night sky.
