The Cute Combo Release

Hi All! Today is the Cute Combo Release at Taylored Expressions. The Cute Combo Release is full of cute, petite stamp and die combos that are perfect for many different occasions. There are 10 different sets to chose from. I have cards to share with you with four of the stamp and die combos. 

My first card is created with the  Turtle-y Awesome Stamp & Die Combo. Such a cute turtle! I stamped in Oreo Ink and colored with Olo Markers and then die cut. 

To create the ocean theme I die cut the front panel with the Squiggle Stacklets from Sugar Cardstock. Next I used the Set the Scene - Waves Stencil with Rock Candy, Blue Raspberry, and Confetti Cake Inks, starting with the darkest ink at the the bottom. I stamped the bubbles with a a stamp included in the stamp set with Rock Candy Ink. I finished off with a light splattering of white ink and a few Bits & Pieces - Clear Drip Dots. 

The sentiment is included in the Turtle-y Awesome Stamp & Die Combo. I stamped in Versamark Ink on Rock Candy Cardstock and embossed with TE White Embossing Powder. 

Next is a look at the Fast Track Stamp and Die Combo. A great set for all the car and car racing fans! I stamped the cars and the flags with VersaFine Clair - Nocturne Ink and embossed with TE Clear Embossing Powder to add a little extra shine to my cars. Then I colored with Olo Markers. I added Bit & Pieces - Bits & Pieces - Black Rhinestones to the wheels. 

I used the Winding Road Die to create the street, using a white gel pen to added the street line. The background is stenciled with the Around Town Stencil with Mint Julep Ink. 

The sentiment is also included in the  Fast Track Stamp and Die Combo. 

The Snowy Season Stamp Set and Die combo is perfect for this time a year. The set is full of pretty snowflakes. I stamped a variety of snowflakes in Cake Pop, Blue Raspberry, and Versmark Ink on Dried Fig Cardstock and embossed with white embossing powder. 

I used Cake Pop Cardstock for the background and blended Cake Pop Ink on the edges. Then I stamped the Dotted Snowfall Background Stamp in Versamark Ink and embossed with TE White Embossing Powder. I added the hills of snow at the bottom with the Build A Scene - Snow Drifts Die Set. I inked the edges with Cake Pop Ink and added TE All That Glitters - Fluffy Snow. 

I also added a few Bit & Pieces - Clay Snowflakes. I added a sentiment for the stamp set at the bottom. 

My last card features the Air Mail Stamp and Die Combo. I think I will use this stamp set on cards throughout the year. I stamped a variety of the postage themed stamps to create the background, stamping in Royal Icing Ink on Royal Icing Cardstock. I added a die cut image to the top corner and center of the card. 

This sentiment is from the Foil It - Mini Strips Sending and die cut with the Mini Strip Die. I used TE Fun Foil in Cherry Pop.

The outside border is stenciled with the Outgoing Frames Layering Stencil with Cherry Pop and Royal Icing Inks.

The Cute Combo Release

Jungle Themes Birthday Tags

Happy Friday! I have a few ideas for birthday tags to share today. I love making tags and they make the simplest wrapping special. These tags are created with the latest products from Pretty Pink Posh. 

I used the Scallop Square Tag Dies for the base of each tag. I cut the tags from white cardstock, then blended a different color of ink on each tag, and added the polka dots with the PPP Medium Polka Dot Stencil. (See Link Below)

The cute zebra is from the Jungle Friends Stamp Set. All the images are colored with Copic Markers. 

The hippo is from the Jungle Friends Addition Stamp Set. All the sentiments I used are included in the Simple Sentiments Stamp Set and die cut with the Simple Strips Dies. 

I love the Jewels that are in the PPP product line and they come in so many different colors. I added a different color to each tag. 

At the top of each tag I added an eyelet and black and white checked ribbon. I also like to give a set of gift tags as a gift!

Jungle Themes Birthday Tags

Just a Note

Hi! I have been trying to pop a few notes in the mail to friends I have not seen for months! Just want them to know I am thinking of them and miss their company. Today's Just a Note card has a summer vibe with products from Pretty Pink Posh. 

The background is die cut with the Lattice Background Die. (See Links Below) I cut a piece of cardstock to fit behind the lattice die cut and blended Picked Raspberry, Spiced Marmalade, and Squeezed Lemonade Distress Inks. 

Next I stamped the monkeys from the Monkey Friends Stamp Set and the palm trees from the Tropical Birds Stamp Set, colored with Copic Markers, and die cut with the coordinating dies. 

The grass is added with the Nature Essentials Dies and I added some machine stitching. The sentiment is from the Simple Sentiments Stamp Set and die cut with the Simple Strips Dies. I stamped the sentiment in Versamark Ink and embossed with white embossing powder. Lastly I added Lemon Drop Jewels to the center of the flowers.

Just a Note

Pretty Pink Posh June Blog Hop Day 2

Hi and welcome to day two of the Pretty Pink Posh June Release Blog Hop! You can find all of the new products in the PPP shop! If you’re arriving from Sharna Waksmulski's blog, you’re in the right spot. I have two cards to share today. You can find all the product links at the bottom of the post. 

My first card is a shaker card. The first step was to build the shaker. I cut a piece of white Cardstock and added the pattern with the Jungle Background Stencil and a light green ink. Next I cut the Hi Shaker Die twice, one directly into the card front and once from white cardstock. I inlaid the white die cut back into the card front and added clear acetate and foam tape behind the window to form the shaker. 

I dropping three of the new seed bead colors, Azalea Pink, Grass Green, and Sunshine. 

Next I stamped images from the Jungle Additions Stamp Set and the Hibiscus Flowers Stamp Set and die cut with the Coordinating Jungle Additions and Hibiscus Flowers Dies. I arranged the stamped images around the shaker.

The sentiment is from the new Simple Sentiments Stamp Set, a full stamp set of great sentiments for many occasions! The sentiment is die cut with the Simple Strips Dies. I added Flamingo Pink Jewels to the center of the flowers. 

I used the new Nature Essentials Dies to create this amazing background on my second card. This is such a creative die. The Nature Essentials Dies cut the clouds, the tree and leaves, the grass, and dirt. The tree and dirt I cut from Kraft Cardstock and the other pieces I cut from white cardstock and inked. I added detail to the leaves with Copic Markers. 

The animals and vines are stamped with the Jungle Friends Stamp Set and the Monkey Friends Stamp Set and then die cut.  The sentiment is another greeting in the Simple Sentiments Stamp Set and die cut with the Simple Strips Dies.

Pretty Pink Posh June Blog Hop Day 2

New Release from Pretty Pink Posh!

Hi All! There is new release available today from Pretty Pink Posh! We have cute new jungle and animal themed stamp sets, great sentiment sets, new dies, new stencils, and new colors of seeds beads. I will be sharing my projects I created with you over the new few days.

My first card with the new products is created with the Monkey Friends Stamp Set. These cute monkeys make me smile! I colored the images with Copic Markers and then die cut with the Monkey Friends Coordinating Dies. 

Next I die cut the vines with one of the three dies in the Stitched Leafy Borders Dies from watercolor paper. I blended Distress Ink on the vines with Twisted Citron and Mowed Lawn and spritzed the paper with water. 

I used the same greens as the vines and Tumbled Glass and Broken China Distress Ink to blend the background. I cut the edges of the card front with the Stitched Borders 2 Dies. I hung the monkeys from the vines with foam tape. Behind the vines I added a few clouds with the cloud die in the Rainy Days Coordinating Dies and finished off the card with a little sparkle from the Sparkling Clear Confetti Mix.

New Release from Pretty Pink Posh!

You're A Star!

Hi Friends! I have a cute and uplifting card to share with you today created with the Animal Signs Stamp Set from Pretty Pink Posh. And stay tuned next week when I will start sharing projects created with the new Pretty Posh Fall Release!

I stamped three of the animals from the Animal Signs Stamp Set in black ink and colored with Copic Markers. Then I die cut the animals with the Animal Signs Coordinating Dies. The balloons are from the Elephant Friends Stamp Set and die cut with the Elephant Friends Coordinating Dies. 

In the background I added a few clouds and then die cut the grass with the Scallop Borders Dies. I added flowers and leaves to brighten up the scene with the Spring Wreath Stamp Set.
