MFT's February Release Countdown Day 3 - Wavy Greetings

Thanks for stopping by for Day 3 of MFT's February Release Countdown.

Be sure to head over to the MFT Blog  for full set and die reveals for the day and the list of designers sharing projects and for your chance to win one of seven, $75 Gift Certificates.

Today I have a card to share using the new Ride the Wave Die-namics and Wavy Greetings Stamp Set.

I just love the way these two new sets work together! The Ride the Wave Die-namics has five borders that fit together. I just used four of them on my card. I also used two of new card stock and pigment inks being released the month, Summer Splash and Pure Plum

The background of the card is stamped with the new Polka Dot Background Stamp in Summer Splash Premium Dye Ink.

The sentiment and the hearts are stamped in Pure Plum Premium Dye Ink and fit perfectly along the curves of the waves.

Here's a look at the inside.

I will back tomorrow with another Countdown Post. Here are the links to the products I used to create my projects.  Links to the new products will go live at release time.

MFT's February Release Countdown Day 4

Thanks for stopping by for another day of MFT's February Release Countdown. Be sure to head over to the MFT Blog  for full set and die reveals for the day and the list of designers sharing projects and for your chance to win one of seven, $75 Gift Certificates.

Today I have a card featuring some new music themed products, the MP3 Player Die-namics and the Keep on Rockin' Stamp Set.

I just love the fun, graphic feel this new products give my card!

I started by cutting the two front panels of the card with the new Inside & Out Diagonal Stitched Rectangle STAX Die-namics. The smaller panel is sponged with the new Summer Splash Premium Dye Ink and then spritzed with water.

I stamped the equalizer stamp from the  Keep on Rockin' Stamp Set in Black Licorice Pigment Ink and embossed it with a Clear Detail Embossing Powder.

I assembled the MP3 player with the the MP3 Player Die-namics and stamped another sentiment Keep on Rockin' Stamp Set.

The inside is also stamped with images in the Keep on Rockin' Stamp Set.

MFT's February Release Countdown Day 1!

Welcome to Day 5 of MFT's February Release Countdown! New stamp sets, new Die-namics, new stencils, and six new pretty colors of card stock and inks will all be available on February 3rd at 10:00 PM EST.

I have a couple of cards to share with you today. My first project features the new Lisa Johnson Stamp Set, Spring Tulips, the new Inside & Out Diagonal Stitched Square STAX Die-namics, and the new Harlequin Stencil.

I am also using a the new Summer Splash Premium Dye Ink Pad and Summer Splash Card Stock, my new favorite blue green! I added the pattern to the front of the card with new Harlequin Stencil and the new ink. The square frame is cut with the new Inside & Out Diagonal Stitched Square STAX Die-namics and matted with Square STAX Die-namics.

The sentiment is included with the stamp set.

Here is closer look at the stamped image. To arrive at this look I first stamped the tulips in Black Licorice Hybrid Ink, masking off the center tulip before stamping the one on each side. Then I masked off all three tulips and sponged the background with Summer Splash Premium Dye Ink and Limelight Premium Dye Ink, and added a little highlighting with Copic Markers.

On the inside I stamped a sentiment from the Birthday Greeting Stamp Set.

My next card is created with the new Blueprints 22. I started off by stamping the new Houndstooth Background in Sweet Tooth Pigment Ink on Blueberry Card Stock, and embossing with white embossing powder. The other elements are all cut with the dies in the Blueprints 22

I added a coat of MIX-ables Sheer Sparkle Glitter Glaze to the heart and the sentiment is from the new Candy Jar Stamp Set.

Here's a look at the inside with another sentiment from the Candy Jar Stamp Set.
