MFT'S August Teaser Day 3

Today is Day 3 of MFT's August Teaser and we have five new Pure Innocence Stamps to share with you. They include Caramel Apple, Karate Boy, Karate Girl, Sunflower Girl and Poppy. You can stop by Kim's Blog for the list of designers sharing projects today.


This cutie is Sunflower Girl. The papers are from Cosmo Crickett. I added some stitching with my sewing machine and Bakers Twine in Maraschino Red. 


She is colored with Copics.


To make this embellishment I used the new Just the Ticket Die-namics and Stamp Set, the smaller of the doilies in the new Open Scallop Die-namic Duo, the Upsy Daisy Flower Builder Die, and the small heart from the Hearts a Plenty die set.


On the inside I stamped the PI image, colored the sunflower, add a sentiment from the PI stamp set on a ticket cut with the new ticket die.

    that's a clever card, i liked how you used the upsy daisy to look like the sunflower, i think you distressed it in the corners, love the look of the card and the tickets you used on it. the red color combo really goes well with the flower, i am learning to see the different ways you all use baker's twine.

    I just love the red and yellow combination! My daughter has a dress exactly like this one - even in the same colour! I must remember to put a yellow ribbon in her hair!! This card is lovely - the doily, the heart, the stamp ... perfection!
