You should have come to my blog from Betty Wright Blog. If you missed any of the hop you can start at the beginning at the Spellbinders Blog.

Today I am sharing my card I created with the Spellbinders Large Die of MonthBirthday Wishes for Everyone

The Birthday Wishes for Everyone die set includes the word Happy, numbers, and "st". I cut strips of different colored cardstock and layered the strips on a light weight cardstock. Then I die cut the words and numbers from the strips of paper and again from a gold cardstock. Then I layered the striped numbers on top of the gold die cuts.

The background is stamped with a stamp from a previously released Clear Stamp of the Month and the flowers and leaves are die cut with dies that were included in last month's Large Die of the Club. It is great how they all work together! I finished off the card with a few sequins.

The next stop on the hop is Jenny Colacicco! You can find a complete list below.

  9. A bright happy card. Only downside is it should read just 36 not 36st. (Just my opinion, not sure if it is correct.) I would totally make this card for a friend though. Thank you for the idea and for participating in the hop. I am off to check on numbers and words to see how they are supposed to be used.
