It a rainy day in San Diego and I had a chance to do a couple of posts!The first is my Gift Card holder for the MFT February Guest Designer Challenge. It is a color challenge, to use any combination of black, pink, gray, white, and brown. I got all the colors in if you count the brown paper bag I pieced into the shopping bags. The card is a Folder Over Flap card that was designed by Carolyn King. You can see a tutorial on her blog.
I stamped the MFT image from Say Charge! and pieced some of the shopping bags an added a couple of small rhinestones. The circle is cut out with Nestibilities. I add a Basic Grey magnet to hold the card closed. I also added a brad and threaded the ribbon through it and tied a bow. Here is a picture of the inside of the card.
