My first card showcases the new Nativity Background. This is a prefect stamp for mass producing Christmas cards. I cut a piece of Blueberry Cardstock for the card front. Then using my Misti I stamped in Versamark Ink and embossed with TE White Embossing Powder. I love the contrast of the blue and white.
Using my TE Blender Brush I inked the edges of the Blueberry Cardstock with Blue Corn Ink. Then in the corner I added a small embellishment with the new Winter Greens Die. The branches are cut from Sweet Basil Cardstock and I inked the edges with the new Olive Ink. The flower is die cut from Red Hot Felt.
My second card features the new Follow the Star, A Savior is Born, and Label Stacklets 12 Dies. I started by cutting a piece of Toffee Cardstock to fit the card front. I used the Herringbone Stencil to add the pattern. Then I used on the dies in the Label Stacklets 12 to cut the window in the center of card along with a piece of gold foil matting.
The night sky is ink blended with Sugar Cube, Blueberry, and Blue Corn Ink. I used the A Savior is Born Die to create the scene and the star die is included in the Follow the Star Die. The sentiment is from the Simple Strips - Christmas Stamp Set and die cut with Simple Strips Die.
