Taylored Expressions April Sneak Peeks Day 2 - She Designed a Life She Loved

Welcome to Day 2 of Taylored Expressions April Release Sneak Peeks.   All the new products will be available on April  6th at 7 AM PDT. I have two cards to share with you today. My first card is created with the Life She Loved Stamp Set, the coordinating Life She Loved Dies, and the Little Bits - Knitting Dies. 


I started by embossing the card front with the Swiss Hearts Embossing Folder. I cut the white scalloped frame with the Frame in Frame Cutting Plate. Inside the frame I inlayed watercolor paper sponged with distress ink in Tumbled Glass, Broken China and Chipped Sapphire. After blending the inks I misted the paper with water. 


The sentiment is from the stamp set. My stamped images are colored with Copic Markers. The yarn and knitting needles are cut with new Little Bits - Knitting Dies. I finished off the card with Snow Flurries Sequins. 





On my second card I am showcasing the new Block Party - Mom Die. First I stamped the Blooming' Background in Delicata Golden Glitz Ink and embossed with gold embossing powder. Then I colored the flowers with Copic Markers and added centers to some of the flowers with Enamel Shapes and Nuvo Crystal Drops in Gold.


The I used the new Block Party - Mom to add the word to the card. The sentiment is from the new Simply Said - Mom Stamp Set.
