I started with on of the new PI's, You're So Tweet. She is colored with Copics and her dress is paper pieced. I used my Prism Colored Pencils for the grass and sponged the background. My bottom border is made with the Scalloped Scallops and Jumbo Scallops dies.

Ribbon, lace, twine, a button and a sentiment from the set finish off my card.

On the inside I stamped the outline of the sweet PI stamp and added another sentiment from the set. All the papers are from October Afternoon.
