Papertrey Ink October Release Peeks Day 4

Welcome to Day 4 of the Papertrey Ink October Release Countdown.I have two more holiday cards to share with you today.  All the products will be available tomorrow, October 29th at 12 pm ET.

My first project features the Border Bling: Framed in Nature Die. The nature background is perfect for holiday cards but would make a beautiful background throughout the year. Using spring or summer colors would give it a whole different feel. Here I used Pinefeather cardstock with Ocean Tides behind the die cut leaves.

The die cuts a small rectangle in the middle of the card. I die cut Stamper's Select White  cardstock to fit inside the frame that I blended with Lilac Grace Ink. Next I die cut the Angel with the new Angelic Sentiments Die and add Lilac Grace Cardstock behind the small die cuts at the bottom of the dress.

I used the Into the Blooms: Swag Dies to add the greenery at the top of the card. I used a chunky glitter, white paint, and clear gems to accent the greenery. The sentiment is from the new This is Big Sentiments: Merry Christmas Stamp Set.

Supplies:

Stamps: This is Big Sentiments: Merry Christmas
Dies: This is Big Sentiments: Merry Christmas, Angelic Sentiments, Border Bling: Framed in Nature, Into the Blooms: Swag
Ink: Lilac Grace, Ocean Tides, Pinefeather, Aqua Mist
Paper: Lilac Grace, Ocean Tides, Pinefeather, Aqua Mist, Mint Julep, Stamper's Select White
Other: Chunky Glitter, White Paint, PTI Clear Gems

Next is a look at the Stained Glass Window Dies. There are three stained glass window dies in the set. I die cut the window for True Black Cardstock for the window frame. Then I die cut again using Lemon Tart, Aqua Mist, Tropical Teal, New Leaf, and Enchanted Evening cardstock. I inlayed the different colors of cardstock back into the window and then used a glitter maker over the cardstock to look like stained glass.

The greenery is added with the Blooms: Swag Dies and the star is die cut with the dies in the Reflections: October Dies Set . I stenciled the background with the Brick Wall Stencil Collection.

The die cut sentiment is from the Line It Up Christmas Dies.
