MFT's March Rewind

Thanks for stopping by for MFT's March Release Rewind - Part 2!  The MFT Team has another two days of inspiration for you using newly released products that are available HERE NOW. You can stop by the MFT Blog for the list of all the designers sharing projects today.

My first card uses the new Stay Tuned Stamp Set and the new Television Die-namics.

I created the pattern on the top half of the card with stamps included in the  Stay Tuned Stamp Set. I used two new Premium Dye Inks released this month, After Midnight and Cranberry Cocktail, and the third ink is the Delicata Silver Ink Pad.

On the bottom half of the card I stamped the new Small Brick Background Stamp in Cranberry Cocktail  Premium Dye Ink on Cranberry Cocktail Card Stock

I used Steel Gray Card Stock for the television and Ranger Silver Foil Card Stock for the center rim. The screen background and sentiments are stamped with the Stay Tuned Stamp Set.

Here's a look at the inside, including another sentiment from the stamp set. Then I added a spot for a gift card with the Gift Card Grooves Die-namics.

The background on my second card is done with the Diagonal Stripes Stencil with Black Licorice Premium Dye Ink. I used the new Blueprints 23 to added the Smooth While Card Stock  strip down the center and the scalloped edges.

The leaves are stamped with the new Circle Scribble Flowers Stamp Set in Limelight Premium Dye Ink and outlined with Gumdrop Ink Premium Dye Ink. To create the flowers I used the new Circle Scribble Flower and Scribble Die-namics.

The word sentiment is from the Happy Trio Die-namics, this month Free with $60.

On the inside I stamped a sentiment from the new Totally Happy Stamp Set. The background is stamped with the Happy Birthday Background Stamp.

Here are the products I used to create my cards:

  1. Thanks for showing the contrast shades on the flowers. I'm not always sure how to do that.
