Happy New Year! I am kicking off the new year with Day 5 of MFT's January Release Countdown! New stamp sets, new Die-namics, new stencils, and six new pretty colors of card stock and inks will all be available on January 6th at 10:00 PM EST.
Yes, it was a little ironic that I was taking down my Christmas tree and making Valentine projects at the same time! I even went through my Christmas bag of M&M and pulled out all the red ones for my goodie bags!!
This quick, easy, and adorable tag is created with the new Die-namics Tag Builder Blueprints 3. The sweet heart background is stamped with the new Tiny Hearts Background with Pink Lemonade Premium Dye Ink and Pink Lemonade Card Stock.
Here is my second treat bag with a more masculine feel created with the Die-namics Tag Builder Blueprints 3. Here the background is stamped with the Swiss Dots Background Stamp.
I used the new Cherry Crisp Premium Dye Ink Pad and the Cherry Crisp Prestige Card Stock on this tag. I am a big fan of red and I LOVE this new color! My wooden clothes pins are sponged with ink to match my project.
Next I made a card with the Die-namics Tag Builder Blueprints 3, using the tag as the centerpiece for my card, including the arrow which is included in the die set.
The red heart is covered with a coat of MIX-ables Sheer Sparkle Glitter Glaze.
Here is a closer look at the beautiful background, stamped with the new Damask Background Stamp. I love this stamp! I stamped Sweet Tooth Pigment Ink on the Cherry Crisp Prestige Card Stock and them embossed it with white embossing powder. The silver glittered card stock is die cut with the Horizontal Stitched Strips Die-namics.
On the inside I stamped a sentiment from the new All My Love Stamp Set.
My final project for today uses the new Lisa Johnson All My Love Stamp Set and coordinating Die-namics. This pretty pink is another one of the new card stock and inks being released this month, Ripe Raspberry Prestige Card Stock and Ink.
I used the Treat Pocket Die-namics to create the vellum pocket and added sequins to the pocket and then added the heart.
The hearts are cut with a die in Die-namics Tag Builder Blueprints 3, and the doilies with the Mini Delicate Doilies Die-namics. The card front is cut from Grout Gray Card Stock and then I stamped one of the sentiments from the stamp set around the edges.
On the inside I stamped a sentiment from the All My Love Stamp Set. The background is die cut with the new Die-namics Fluttering Hearts Cover-Up.
In case you haven't heard, MFT has a new MFT Challenge & Inspiration Blog with a new team! You can find all the details here.
