Tim Holtz November Tag - Remember

Happy Thanksgiving! I am really looking forward to some great family time and am so thankful to all of my four daughters in one place! I got a chance today to make a tag for  Tim Holtz's November Tag for 2014. Seemed like the perfect post for Thanksgiving!

I used a #8 manila tag and sponged the background with a variety of fall colored distressed ink. To add the gold highlights I used the Speckles Layering Stencil and a gold embossing paste. Then I cut a piece of corrugated paper the same size as the tag and cut the leaves with the Tattered Leaves Die. 

Here is a closer look at my embellishments. The pinecone and leaves are cut with Tim's Tattered Pinecone Die.
