It's time for a new Curtain Call Inspiration Challenge!
PIN CUSHION

We have a new sponsor, STAMPlorations, for the Curtain Call Inspiration: Pin Cushion! A randomly selected participant in the Pin Cushion challenge will receive a $15 gift certificate to use at STAMPlorations, while the LEAD will be invited as a Guest Designer in a future challenge!
And here's my take on the challenge! My very first craft was sewing! I took inspiration from the pin cushions and I used the My Favorite Things Stitched With Love Stamp Set and Die-namics for my card. The background of the card front is done with a stencil and ink. Inspired by the fabric pin cushions I decided to add a fabric yo-yo to my card.
If you have a circle die a yo-yo is easy to create. Just use the die to cut a circle from fabric; the size of the circle will determine the size of the yo-yo. Run a quick basting stitch around the circle and pull your basting threads to the middle and tie off your threads. Then just add a button to the center.
Here's how I finished off the inside of my card.
Make sure you visit each of the
designers' blogs for more inspiration!
