MFT's May Release Countdown - Day 7

Hi and thanks for stopping by! Today is the beginning of MFT's May Release Countdown, just 7 Days until our new release. This month we are bringing you 11 new Stamp Sets, 14 new Die-namics, 2 new MIX-ables Stencils, and a new Free with $60 Die-namics! We also have 13 new Hybrid Ink colors releasing this month!

Be sure to head over to the MFT Blog for full set and die reveals for the day and the list of designers sharing projects.

I am starting off the release with the new Lisa Johnson Designs Sea Life Stamp Set and Die-namics and a card built with the new Blueprints 15

Here is a look at the Sea Life Stamps and Die-namics. I stamped and die cut the elements for the scene I created. I added a frame around the card with another new die set being released this month, Rectangle Frames Die-namics. Here I stamped the Wood Plank Background Stamp with Hybrid Kraft  Ink on Kraft Card Stock and cut the frame.

I used a number of the new Hybrid Inks to stamp the image. The sand dollar is stamped on Kraft Card Stock with Sweet Tooth Ink and I embossed with white embossing powder.

Behind my stamped images I added a piece of Sno Cone Card Stock and then a piece of vellum, just to soften the look. The bubbles are stamped in Sweet Tooth Ink and embossed. I used corrugated paper for the sand, cut with the Snow Drifts Die-namics.

The sentiment is included in the stamp set.

On the inside I added a sentiment from the new You're Fintastic Stamp Set, and then stamp the fish and the bubbles with stamps from the Sea Life Stamp Set.

Next up is a quick, and easy card put together with this month new Blueprints 15, the new Linen Background Stamp, and the new You Were Meant to Sparkle Stamp Set and the Sequins Die-namics.

I have been admiring the slated card panels I have been seen all over the net. I am thrilled to have a die that cuts one for me!!

I added a little sparkle using some glittered paper from my stash. The pink panel uses the new Linen Background stamp, using Bubble Gum Ink on Pink Lemonade Card Stock. I added a coat of Sheer Sparkle Glitter Glaze to the heart.

On the inside I stamped a sentiment from the On the Line Stamp Set.
