CTD286 - Enjoy the View

Thanks for stopping by for Color Throwdown 286! Joan is hosting this weeks challenge! She has chosen these bright and happy colors for us to work with this week.

I hope you get a chance to play along for a chance to be next week's Guest Star Stamper!

Here's my scrapbook page based on the color challenge.

The picture is of one of my daughters in the gardens at Palace of Versailles in France.

I used the Fishtail Flags STAX Die-namics to add the long fishtail banners.

I created the journal card with the lined stamp in the Journal It - Top Ten, a sentiment from the Document It - Expand Your View Stamp Set, and the Insert It - 3x4 Insert Die-namics.

The sentiment is from the Document It - Captured Memories Stamp Set and cut out with the Pierced Oval Circle STAX Die-namics.

Here the sentiment is from the Complimentary Greetings Stamp Set. The flower embellishment is created with the Large Royal Rose Die-namics for Felt in Banana Split, Mini Royal Roses Die-namics and the Layered Leaves Die-namics.

You do not have to have the exact colors to play the Color Throwdown challenge,  just use the closest you have.  Use the link service to post your card and please link directly to your card so we can find it easily. And please include a link in your post to the Color Throwdown. If you upload your card to a public forum, please use the keyword CTD286.  Be sure to check out what the other team members have come up with this week!
