CTD271 - Girls Just Want to Have Fun

Thanks for stopping by for Color Throwdown 271! This week is Barbara's turn to host the challenge. I love the color combo she chose for us to work with this week.

I used the color challenge to create this 12 x 12 scrapbook page.

I picked a couple of patterns from Prima that fit the color challenge. I also used MFT Card Stock in Smooth White and Black Licorice.

In the upper corner I spelled out "girls" using the negative of the letter from the High-Rise Alphabet Lowercase Die-namics.

The red flower is created with the Mini Hybrid Heirloom Rose Die-namics from Electric Red Card Stock. The leaves are cut with the Layered Leaves Die-namics from Gumdrop Green Card Stock. The other embellishments are from my stash.

I used my computer to generate the sentiment and then used the High-Rise Alphabet Uppercase Die-namics to spell out "FUN". The larger circle at the top was cut with a circle cutter and the circle at the bottom was cut with the Circle STAX Set 1 Die-namics.
