Thanks for stopping by for Day 3 of MFT's June Teasers. I have some new art themed products to share with you today.
My card features the new Abstract Art Stamp Set and the new Paint Brushes Die-namics. I really like the new stamp set and this is why! I love the look of spattered paint on cards and scrapbook pages, but I am afraid to spat paint on the finished project. What if I don't like it! Love the control the stamps give me!
The sentiment is from the Clearly Sentimental About Art Stamp Set. I stamped in embossing ink on Electric Red Card Stock and embossed it with white embossing powder. The sentiment is cut out with one of the dies in the Fishtail Flags Banner Die-namics.
I used a Gelato to add the yellow background, blending lightly with water. Then I added the paint splashes with Black Licorice, Gumdrom Green, and Electric Red Ink on Smooth White Card Stock.
The paint brush is created with Kraft, Black Licorice, silver glitter Card Stock. At the end of the paint brush I added Art Anthology Sorbet Dimensional paint in Red Velvet.
On the inside I stamped another sentiment from Clearly Sentimental About Art and a few more paint spats.
Next I created two tags using the new Art Expression Text for the background. I stamped the script on Berrylicious Card Stock in black ink and painted on a light coat of gesso over the top.
The tag bases are cut with the Tag, You’re It Die-namics. The sentiments are from the new Blissful Butterflies Stamp Set, stamped on Black Licorice Card Stock and heated embossed.
This tag uses the Upsy-Daisy and Leafy Flourish Die-namics.
And this tag uses the Mini Hybrid Heirloom Rose and Royal Leaves Die-namics.

Great card. Thanks so much for explaining the brush tips on the paintbrush. Caught my eye right away. Looked like a clear glaze that had possibly been tinted. Great effect.
