MFT's June Release Teasers Day 1 - Blissful Butterflies

Thanks for stopping by today!! I am excited to kick off a WEEK of MFT's June Teasers with a new stamp set by Lisa Johnson, Blissful Butterflies, and the coordinating dies, Blissful Butterflies Die-namics. 

Inspiration for the layout of my card comes from the new Blueprints 4 Die-namics! Love how easy my card goes together!

I created the background paper with Grapesicle Card Stock and a new stencil being released this month, MPD Graduated Diamonds, and one of the new MFT ink pads, Grapesicle.

I used another new stamp new set being released this month, LJD Art Expression Text, to make the background paper behind the frame. I stamped the script in Kraft Ink on Whip Cream Card Stock.

The butterflies are stamped in Lemon Drop, Grapesicle, and Sour Apple Ink and I added pearls to the centers. After adding some machine stitching, I added ribbon in Grape Jelly and a Whip Cream Button tied with Hemp Cord.

On the inside I added a sentiment from the stamp set. The scalloped border is one of the dies in Blueprints 4.

I also used the Blissful Butterflies Stamp and Dies to create this sweet tag. I used the Mini Chicken Wire Stencil to created the background. I sponged the pattern mixing three different Inks, Bubblegum, new and being released this month, Sour Apple and Lemon Drop. 

I stamped the butterfly in Bubblegum Ink and added a light coat of glitter. The postage stamps are from the First Class Friend Stamp Set. I used the smallest die in the Dainty Doily Duo Die-namics and a die for the Circle STAX Die-namics 1 to adhere the butterfly to the tag.
