MFTWSC114 - A Poppy in Hand

Hi all and thanks for stopping by today. I have the another MFT sketch challenge to share with you today. It's week 114 of our MFT'S WSC Getting Sketchy ChallengeYou will have the chance to win up to $20 in MFT money. Hope you have a chance to play along this week!

For my take on the sketch I am using a number of new products that will be released next Tuesday, March 12th.  The flowers are stamped with the  LJD Pretty Poppies Stamp Set with the new MFT Electric Red Ink, and cut out with the coordinating Poppies and Leaves Die-namics. The stems and leaves are stamped in the new Gumdrop Green Ink.

To create the half circle I used a die from the Circle STAX Die-namics and the larger die in the Dizzy Doily Duo.

I used the Fishtail Flags STAX Die-namics and the Fishtail Flags Layers STAX Die-namics to cut out and mat the banner and added grass to the bottom with another new Die-namics, Grassy Edges.  The sentiment is included in the stamp set. I used Copic Markers to color in the centers of the flowers and then added Viva Liquid Pearls.

On the inside I stamped a sentiment from the stamp set, love it! And then added another poppy.
