you are a bit intimidated by scrapbooking or you are a seasoned scrapbooker, this is the challenge for you.
Each month we will provide two sketches, our main sketch and a Project Life version for those of you following Project Life. Simply follow the sketch and upload your creation to SCS using the proper keyword.
There will be a random draw each month from all the participants who have uploaded their Scrap Samples to SCS using the proper keyword. I started out as a scrapbooker, before I got hooked on making cards! I have to say, I am very happy to be scrapping again. I plan to do some 12 x 12 pages and some Project Life type pages. With all the wonderful Die-namics that are available, I won't have any trouble coming up with my own embellishments!
I used three different embellishments to come up with my corner accent. The sentiment is from the LLD Journal It - Top Ten Stamp Set and cut out with a die from the Accent It - Flags and Tags Die-namics. I layered the sentiment on a sunflower that was created with the Sunflower Die-namics. The I used the Fall Leaves Die-namics to cut the leaves from patterned paper. The veins on the leaves are stamped in brown ink with stamps from the Thankful Leaves Stamp Set.
Here the sentiments are from the LLD Document It - December Stamp Set and cut out with dies from the Accent It - Flags and Tags Die-namics.
I created my journaling card with the Die-namics LLD Insert It - 3x4 Insert. My scrapbook book papers are from Simple Stories Harvest.
