This stamp is Girl Talk and she goes so perfect with the new Chat Bubbles Die-namics. My papers are from Teresa Collins Carolina Breeze.
My border is cut with the Wonky Scallop Border Die-namics out of MFT Favorite Felt in Black. I also tied on some Bakers Twine in Buttercream.
She is colored with Copics and her shirt is paper pieced. I added glitter pen to the circles on the phone.
On the inside I stamped the image again and another sentiment from the set.
