MFT June Teasers Day 4

I am back today with Day 4 of MFT's June Teasers. Today's sneak peeks include Sunbathing Flopsey, Inspired by Flowers - Set 2, and the new Rainbow Die-namics Die. You can stop by  Kim's Blog to see all the designers sharing projects today


The second set in the Inspired by Flowers series includes three new flowers. I am using the rose. I colored my rose with Copics but I love the way the stamp has such beautiful shading. I added the Dainty Doily Die behind my image. The bottom border is done with the new Simple Scallops Large Die.


I added a little glitter here and there, stitching, ribbon and lace. The papers are Girls Paperie.


On the inside I stamped the rose, leaving it uncolored, and added a sentiment from the stamp set.



My next card uses all dies including the new Rainbow Die-namic.


To make my rainbow I used six different papers from Echo Park's Springtime. I used the Cloud Trio and Sunshine  dies to complete my scene. I used the Simple Scallop Large Die again for my border and added stitching and ribbon.


I sponged the edges of the clouds and the Sentiment is from the Great Outdoor Sentiments.


On the inside I used another stamp from the Great Outdoors Sentiments and the Rainbow Die.

    Oh My! These are so gorrrrjus! I gotta tell you - I love, love the way you treated the rainbow die. It looks like a cuddly patchwork quilt. You're killing my stamping budget to pieces.

    Awesome cards, Melody!! Love the soft colours of your rose card! The inside is beautifully designed too. Your rainbow card is SO gorgeous - I love how cheerful it is. Love the pink gingham ribbon.

    I love both your cards! They give out a country cottage vibe but one is so soft and the other is so bright and cheery! Love it!

    I love your cards! I bookmarked your blog a while ago so I could look at all of your MFT cards. You do really great work! Anyway, I love the coloring of your rose and the fact that you stamped it on graph paper. Also love the design paper you chose and your layout. Also am in awe of your rainbow card, the inside could be a second card! You can tell that you really care and put a lot of time into your cards. Thank you for sharing!
