MFT June Teasers Day 1

June is here and it is time for Day 1 of MFT's June Teaser!! Today sneak peeks included Fred Bear Well Done and First Place Award Ribbon! You can stop by Kim's blog to see all the designers sharing projects today.

I am using the First Place Award Ribbon Die-namics and Stamp Set for my projects today! I am very excited about this new set!! It is so versatile!

I stamped the sentiment and cut it out with the smallest die in the die set. I stamped "Friend" on the banner stamp and then cute out the banner by hand.

The medium circle is cut using the circle die that is part of the Die-namics Sweet Stack Label and MFT Cork Sheets. Then I used the dies to cut the scalloped circle and ribbons.

My borders that run up the sides are cut out with the new Die-namics Simply Scalloped Large die. I added some stitching and lace. The papers are from Cosmo Crickett.

On the inside I used the dies and a sentiment for the stamp set.

Next up I used the  First Place Award Ribbon Die-namics and Stamp Set on a scrapbook page.

The picture is of my daughter Lisa who graduated from college in December. The Award Ribbon seemed like the perfect embellishment!

I used the stamps and dies in the set to created my ribbon, but this time I also added the larger of the two dies in the Dainty Doily Duo as my final layer. The doily is cut out of My Favorite Felt in black.

I used the Well Worn Greeting Dies for my journaling. I used the Scalloped Scallop die to cut my border, again with the black felt. I don't know if can tell, but in real life the black felt look really rich!
