MFT April Teasers Day 4

Welcome to Day 4 of MFT's April Release Teasers. There are two new set previewing today, Inspired by Spring and Claire Keay - Hello, Sunshine.

I stamped the birds nest from Inspired by Spring in brown ink. I also sponged the background. I mounted the image on the new Open Scallop Doily Die. The bottom scalloped border is cut out with the new Simply Scallops Medium and then I embossed the border with a Cuttlebug folder and used distress ink on the edges.

This images stamp so beautifully; I just added a light touch of color with my Copics.

On the inside I stamped another image and a sentiment from the stamp set.

    Oh this is SPECTACULAR Melody! I love the color palette - the brown color is perfect to frame this image and the brown flowered ribbon is the perfect touch. LOVE that background DP too - it is STUNNING, PERFECT for this card!!
