MFT December Blog Hop and Shop

Welcome to MFT'S December Blog Hop and Shop!! If you can here from Kirsty's Blog, one of our fabulous Guest Designers this month, you are in the right place. If you want to start at the beginning of the hop go on over to Kim's blog.

My first project uses the new stamp set, You Give Me Wings. I made this spiral notepad for a friend's daughter that is starting her college search. Since I have gone through the process with my daughters, I know it is handy to have a place to store passwords, deadlines, etc.

At the top I stamped a sentiment from the set, added hearts using the new Hearts A Plenty Die-namic die, and covered chipboard wing with glitter.

She is colored with Copics and I add glitter to her wings.

On the inside I used the Perpetual Calender or Birthday Book Template. I just printed it out on copy paper and cut it to fit my notebook.

Next up is a birthday card using the new PI, Hello Cupcake. She is colored with Copics. Her dress and cupcake line are paper pieced. I cut out the cupcake and popped it up. The background is sponged.

I used the new Dienamic Dainty Dots Border and strung Baker Twine through the circles. I added the ruffle using ribbon for the Ruffled Ribbon Collection.

On the inside I used a sentiment from the set.

You can find all the products right HERE! Now it time to hop on over to the amazingly talented and sweet, Joanne's Blog.

Thanks!!
Melody
