Christmas Cookies

We have previews of three more new sets today, Jolinne - Winter Recital, Merry & Bright, and Inspired by Winter. Stop by Kim's blog at 11:00 EST for the list of designers sharing projects today.

I used a combination of Inspired by Winter and Merry & Bright for my project today! I am also excited to share a new Die-namic Die, Decorative Dolly Die, and a new template for a Cookie Box with you today.

I stamped the house image from Inspired by Winter. I colored the house with Copics and then masked it off, and then stamped the trees. Then I stamped the smoke from the fireplace and the stars. I sponged the background. This stamp set is great for scene building!

Because I wanted to use my card as a Christmas card I used a sentiment from Merry & Bright. I added stitching, ribbon and pearls in the corners.

Here is a closer look at the new die! Isn't just so pretty!

On the inside I used another sentiment from Merry & Bright, stamped two more trees, and used the Faux Crochet Border Die that coordinates with the new Doily die.

Next up I used the new Cookie Box template added acetate to the window. I don't have a fancy die cutting machine (yet), so I used the PDF version. I used the sentiment from Sending You A Little Christmas. I thought it went perfect with the house image!

Be sure to leave comments on the designers blog today. Kim is giving away stamps each day of teasers.

The MFT Guest Designer Challenge is ON! Check the MFT Forum for all the details on how you could be the next Guest Designer and win up to $100 in MFT stamps!

I hope you will join us at the release party on Wednesday night at 8:00 EST.

Thanks for stopping by! I will be back tomorrow with another teaser!
