My card used A la Modes - Birthday Girl from My Favorite Things. She is colored with Copics and the cupcake bottom is paper pieced. I glittered the cupcake using glue and Sweet Thing Glitzy Glitter. I added some stitching. The border is made by staggering scallops cut using the Dienamic Jumbo Scallop Die. Rhinestones are the final touch!
