I am using the new grass die cut for my card today. Here is a picture of the die I thought you might like to see.
My card uses one of my all time favorite MFT stamp, Grow Love Plant a Tree. I colored and paper pieced my trees and then cut them out. I sponged my background using distressing ink and the medium cloud in the cloud die cut set to mask off my white spaces. I glued down the first trees, added a row of grass, then the second tree, and another row of grass.
Here is a closer look. The buttons are tied with twine. There is stitching around the edges, and I made the lower bordering using the Scalloped Scallop die for the polka dots and the Jumbo Scallops die for my cork. Lace, twine, a ticket and a button are my finishing details.
Thanks for stopping by. I will be back tomorrow with another sneak peek!
