Before I was asked to be a member of the MFT design team, I was just a fan and I was so happy to make friends in the MFT forum and learned so much playing challenges. MFT now has a weekly Wednesday Stamp Club, with a new challenge posted every Wednesday. The MFT forum is such a friendly place! I hope you have a chance to join in the fun. The challenge this week is a sketch challenge and here is my card based on the sketch.
My card uses the Pure Innocence Set Birthday Princess. I can't believe this is my first chance to ink her up!! She is stamped on a MFT Perfect Panel in Cream, colored with Copics and her dress is paper pieced. I used a black glaze pen on her shoes to give them a patented leather look.
I used glitter on her crown and the cake frosting and topped the crown off with rhinestones. I machine stitched around the edges, and tied a ribbon, from the MFT Royalty Collection, around the card and added a button tied with twine. The DP is Girls Paperie from my local scrapbook store.
