Today I am working with Fred Bear has a Birthday, but I am sure you figured that out! Fred is colored with copics, I used a glitter pen on the cupcake and a black gloss pen on his nose. I sewed around all the edges of the paper. The scalloped border is done with the new Die-namics Scallop die cut, and the sentiment is from the stamp set Bling 'Bers. 
Here's my inside. The sentiment is included in the Fred Bear stamp set. I used the Die-namics Scallops die cut again! Can you tell I like using it!!!!Enjoy the rest of the weekend. I will be back tomorrow with another May release project to share.
