I Treasure Our Friendship

It is mid May and time for the release of two new MFT Ã  la modes and this month's Who's That Girl VIP Package. I have a sneak peek today of the second new Ã  la modes, I Treasure Our Friendship. You can stop by Kim's blog of the list of designers sharing project today.

In the past, we've released our à la modes images in cling rubber, however, this month, we're releasing both of our à la modes in clear photopolymer, just like the rest of our stamps.  This means that we can bring them to you a slightly lower price point than usual - $9.00 each!  How fabulous is that?!  Since our clear stamps are made in the USA, they are of the highest quality, so you'll have the same great image quality that you're accustomed to with any of our other clear stamps!  Sweet deal right?

Isn't she cute!! She is colored with Copics and add Crystal Glitter Ritz to the treasure.

For my scalloped border I layered the Jumbo Scallop Border and the Scalloped Scallops Border dies. I also added stitching around the edges.

For my hearts I used two wooden hearts from Studio Calico and stained them with Tim Holtz's Distress Stain in Fired Brick. The sentiment is from the stamp set.

On the inside I used papers and dies to coordinate with the front of the card. The sentiment is also included in the stamp set.

Thanks for stopping by! I will be back tonight with my Who's That Girl VIP Package project.

Wednesday Stamp Club Sketch Challenge MFTWSC19

Well my blog has been quiet for a week!! One of my daughters graduates from college this weekend and I am just BUSY! I did manage to fit in a card using this week MFT's Wednesday Stamp Club Sketch Challenge. Want to play along? You can find all the details right HERE.

I think this sketch was a bit of a challenge!! I stamped the sentiment from Own Your Story, used the Four Point Frame Die to cut it out,  and then used the leaf from the set around the edges. The papers are from Girls Paperie Kitch Collection.

To make my banner I used the Fishtail Banner Die. After I cut it all out and put it together I added a flower, using the little flower included in the Notched Tag Die and Stamp Set. I then added a rhinestone to the center of the flower and strung the banner on Bakers Twine in Maraschino Red.

On the inside a used the Four Point Frame Die again and stamped a sentiment fro Framed Greetings.

Have a good rest of the week! I will be back after my daughter's graduation!

MFT May Blog Hop and Shop

Welcome to MFT'S May Blog Hop and Shop!! If you came here from my friend Megan's Blog you are in the right place. If you want to start at the beginning of the hop, just go on over to Kim's Blog.

I am sharing cards I made using the new Notched Tag Die-namics and Stamp Set. I just have to say how much I love this little tag!!! It is just the perfect size and the perfect touch for my cards!

My first card is for a new baby girl with the tag as my focal point. I cut the tag out in kraft, stamped the stitching and the sentiment and use a die to add to add the clothing. The tag is mounted on the new Decorative Doily Duo Die. My bottom scalloped border is made with the Simple Scallop Medium Die.

I attached the tag to the center of my bow.

On the inside I used the tag again and stamped the sentiment on my border. My papers are from Girls Paperie, Vintage Whimsey.

Next up is a card I made using a combination of dies. To make my scene I used the Flat Bottom Clouds, Sunshine, and Teardrop Tree Dies.

And then I made my darling little tag with the Notched Die-namics Die and Stamp set. I cut the tag out of my DP, stamped the sentiment and the bird's feet and the used the die to cut out the bird.

On the inside I added another tag and a few more birds.

That is it for me!! You can find all the new products right here!

Now it time to hop on over to Lisa's Blog to see what wonderful project she has to share!!
