MFT's March Release New Product Tour - Happy

I am sharing projects I made with the new Happy Trio Die-namics, this month's Free with $60. 


Here's a look at my first card. I started by creating my background patterns. First I stamped the  Polka Dot Background Stamp on Vellum with Sweet Tooth Pigment Ink and embossed with white embossing powder. 

Next I cut a strip of Spearmint Card Stock with the Vertical Stitched Strips Die-namics and stamped the new Small Brick Background Stamp with Spearmint Premium Dye Ink. 


I cut "happy" from Ripe Raspberry Card Stock. The hearts are cut with the Pierced Heart STAX Die-namics. I used the new Tickled Pink Card Stock being release this month. It is SO pretty! 

The other sentiments are from the new Totally Happy Stamp set and I cut the tabs with the File Folder Edges Die-namics. 


I added two different size "happy" sentiments to the inside. 


Next up is a fun shaker card. The card front is cut from Smooth White Card Stock. I used the new Inside & Out Stitched Rounded Square STAX Die-namics to cut the square directly into the card stock. I backed the cut out with a piece of acetate. 

I stamped the border of stars with a stamp included in the  Totally Happy Stamp Set, stamping with the Delicata Silver Ink Pad and embossing with Silver Detail Embossing Powder. The sentiment is also from the Totally Happy Stamp Set and cut out with a die in the Blueprints 23. 

I cut the star with the Pierced Star STAX Die-namics from a silver card stock. 


I used the new Blue Breeze Card Stock in the background of the window. I added stars with the Starry Night Stencil and silver embossing paste. I added one of the die cut "happy" behind the acetate and one on top of the acetate. 

I used Foam Mounting Tape 1/2” to build space for the shaker and then added the sequins. Be sure to check of the new Shaker Card Components Category for lots of fun options. 


This is the new Field Day Prestige Card Stock being release this month. The sentiment is from the Birthday Greeting Stamp Set.

MFT's March Release Countdown Day 1 - Paw Prints

Thanks for stopping by today for Day 1 of MFT's March Release Countdown!  The MFT release, including all new stamp sets and Die-namics, will be available tonight at 10 PM EST.

Today I have a card to share using the new Pet Accent and Stitched Square Frames Die-namics. 


The background is stamped with the new Paw Print Background Stamp in Kraft Premium Dye Ink on Kraft Card Stock. The frame is cut with the new Stitched Square Frames Die-namics from one of the new colors of card stock being released this month, After Midnight Prestige Card Stock. 


The cat is from the new I Knead You Stamp Set and die cut with the new coordinating I Knead You Die-namics. The cat is colored with Copics. The shelf is stamped with the Woodgrain Background Stamp with Wild Cherry Premium Dye Ink and die cut with one of the dies in the I Knead You Die-namics, as is the little ball of yarn.

I used the new Pet Accents to add the heart. The sentiment is from the I Knead You Stamp Set, stamped in After Midnight Premium Dye Ink and die cut with the Stitched Fishtail Flags STAX Die-namics.


On the inside I stamped another sentiment from the I Knead You Stamp Set.

MFT's March Release Countdown Day 2 - Thanks

Welcome to another day of MFT's March Release Countdown!  There are only TWO days until the new release is available. Be sure to head over to the MFT Blog for full set and die reveals for the day and the list of designers sharing projects and for your chance to win one of seven, $75 Gift Certificates.

Today I have a card created with the new Happy Sentiments Die-namics and Blueprints 23. 


I cut the card panel in Blueprints 23 and then used the Happy Sentiment Die-namics, cutting directly in the front card panel. Then I used the star strip stamp from the new Totally Happy Stamp Set, stamping in Delicata Gold Ink and embossing in Gold Detail Embossing Powder. 


The sentiment is from the Totally Happy Stamp Set and cut out with a die in the new Blueprints 23, as is the scalloped border. The stars are cut with the Pierced Stars STAX Die-namics.


On the inside I stamped a sentiment from the Birthday Greetings Stamp Set and the background stars are from the Totally Happy Stamp Set.
