I stamped the heart image first, colored with copics and then stamped the flower again, cut it out and popped it up. The I stamped the sentiment and cut it out with a Nestabilities. 
Here is a close up look. You can see how the flower is popped up and accented in the center with a button. To make the heads on the pins, I used very small pearls and colored them my copics.30 designers, FIVE shopping sprees each day. No one knows where the prizes will be!
